Ethiopian Beans

Ethiopian Arabica is vibrant and expressive, with bright acidity, floral aromatics, and layered fruit notes. Sourced through trusted cooperative unions, each lot is carefully selected for quality, traceability, and consistency. Coffees are prepared to export standards to preserve their distinctive origin character.

Key varieties:

Ethiopian Heirloom (Landrace)

  • Sub-regions: Yirgacheffe, Guji, Sidamo, Limu, Harrar

  • Flavor profile: Floral, jasmine, bergamot, citrus, tea-like, complex acidity

  • Altitude: 1,600–2,300 m

Typica (limited availability)

  • Flavor: Clean, sweet, balanced

  • Mostly older plantings

Brazilian Arabica is smooth and well-balanced, offering rich chocolate flavours, gentle nutty undertones, and low acidity. Our Brazilian lots are sourced through established producing partners and selected for uniformity and reliability. Clear grading and moisture control ensure consistent quality.

Bourbon (Yellow and red)

  • Chocolate, caramel and nutty creaminess

  • Excellent body and mouthfeel, ideal for espresso

Munda Novo

  • Flavor: Clean, sweet, balanced

  • Smooth cup with cocoa, nutty, and mild fruit notes

Catuai

  • Sweet, smooth cup with low to medium acidity

  • Versatile profile suitable for both espresso and filter blends

Colombian Arabica delivers a clean, balanced cup with mild acidity, caramel sweetness, and subtle nutty notes. Sourced through trusted networks, each selection is chosen for consistency and traceability. Coffees are prepared to clear quality specifications and export requirements.

From Brazil, we supply NY 2/3, Screen 17/18, Fine Cup coffees, known for their consistency, balance, and reliability, scoring 85–88 on the cup. Colombian coffees are available as Supremo or Excelso EP, ensuring excellent bean uniformity and dependable quality, with cup scores of 85–88, making them ideal for both specialty and premium commercial applications.
